BLOOD DIAMOND WAR VICTIMS

HOME

In one of the most horrific civil wars, RUF (Revolutionary United Front) rebels in Sierra Leone (West Africa) terrorized their own people for a decade. Children were abducted and forced to become child soldiers and sex slaves while others were mutilated without any agenda other than the pursuit of "blood diamonds."
